Bulk filling
Simplifies preparation and compatible with all types of tablets.
This is an engineering POC with 2 medications compartments. The next prototype (Q2 2026) will feature 8 compartments for multiple medications, with final industrial design completing in Q4 2026.
The caregivers app
Built specifically for family caregivers and nurses, the app provides real-time visibility without constant checking. Caregivers get peace of mind, patients keep independence.
Smart alerts
Gradual reminders + notification of loved one in case of forgetfulness.

What makes medicase different
Build through real user research
We spent 18 months interviewing 100+ patients, caregivers, and nurses with results analyzed alongside CHUV, Unisanté, and H4. Every feature was tested in actual homes with seniors in their 70s to identify solutions that actually work.
Simple enough for everyone
Setup takes five minutes and happens once. After that, daily use is just pressing a button. No training required.
Go wherever patients goes
The device fits in a purse or bag. Patients can take it to work, on vacation, or to family visits.
Designed for caregivers & patients first
The app gives families real-time visibility without constant checking. Real peace of mind for the people who care.

Caregivers
My mother suffers from Alzheimer's. She still lives alone, 50 km from me. As her primary caregiver, I visit her regularly and help her remotely several times a day. Taking her daily medication from her weekly pill organizer independently is clearly a risk. We've already locked up the medication boxes, but she sometimes forgets to take her medication and occasionally takes two days' worth on the same day. Medicase will give me the assurance that if she's late taking her medication, I'll be notified in time, and it will definitively eliminate the risk of an overdose.
